Beautifully Done Events was pleased to present the HealthCare Insights 4-day conference in Park City, Utah. The conference featured daily training with breakout sessions, featured speakers, and a fantastic "Blues Brothers" party to top off the entertainment. Beautifully Done Events managed every detail, from the lodging, registration, daily menus, breakout sessions, and audio/video requirements to the unique Blues Brothers themed party decor.

Beautifully Done Events managed every detail, from the exquisitely designed decor to providing Utah's finest entertainment,
the Salamanders Band and nationally acclaimed comedian Ryan Hamilton. This delightful evening of elegance and warmth provided the perfect ambience for Frito Lay's annual Holiday Celebration.

Dream Fund Kick-Off Celebration at the Diabetes Center
Beautifully Done Events was pleased to present and cater the Dream Fund Bike Tour Kick-Off Event on behalf of Bayer Healthcare Corporation. This was an originally scheduled outdoor tent event, but due to bad weather being forecast, changes had to be made at the last minute. We were able to secure an alternate location and make the necessary adjustments for a successful kick-off celebration. Comments received in regards to this special occasion:
This event went extremely well!! We really appreciated the added special touches that Beautifully Done Events provided. The table decor, flowers and balloons were all just wonderful. We were so happy you convinced us to move the event indoors and you were able to make the last minute changes. The event turned out to be much more elegant than it would have been outside in the tent. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to pull it all together. The event turned out even better than we could have hoped!!

Birthday Party In Florida
2005 Private Birthday Party
I have never experienced a birthday party as spectacular and fun as the party Beautifully Done Events provided for us in Florida. Beautifully Done Events arranged and handled every little detail for our group, from the flight plans from various cities, to the airport pickups, limousine transportation, and elegant accommodations. The 5-star Disney World resort where the party was held was absolutely fabulous. I’ll never forget the 10’ tall dinosaurs standing at the door when guests arrived at the most beautiful party room I’ve ever seen, or the delicious dinosaur cake with the fully edible chocolate trees and dinosaurs! Even though I was way too chicken to join in, watching the birthday boy and his friends holding live alligators, spiders and a humungous snake was just delightful!!!!
Then the special balloon creations that were done for each child – WOW!!! We were all just amazed the whole night. Finally, it was such a thoughtful touch to send all the children home with bags full of fun dinosaur party gifts. This stress free getaway was unbelievable. Absolutely no one could have asked for a better time!!!!
